I am so happy to kick off my first free knitting pattern blog series with an earwarmer design!! The pattern is part of the Hammond Knit Set pattern bundle which includes the knitting instructions for the matching hat, earwarmer and cowl.

Rest assured, I only recommend products that I believe in and all opinions are 100% truthful. Thank you so much for supporting my yarn journey and passion!

It is a beginner friendly design that uses any bulky weight yarn and a combination of three colors (one main and two contrasting). Although there is color work involved, you are only working with one color per round.

I used, and highly recommendLion Brand Hue + Me yarn which is available in 20 different colors. This makes it so much fun because the color combinations within this brand line are endless. Here, check this out! In the picture below, I used Spicy as the main color and Arrowwood + Blush as the contrast colors.

I hope you enjoy this free pattern. If you would like to purchase an ad free PDF copy of the pattern, it is available in all my shops Etsy, Ravelry, and my website

Want to skip the yarn sub process? This design is also available as a KIT (yarn + complimentary pattern) through Lion Brand Yarn.
